Distance contract and the right of withdrawal

This agreement is made between SIA Toodler&Gopher (registration number: 40203408731), legal address – Zirņu iela 17-28, Cēsu novads, Cēsis, LV-4101, a business formed and operating under laws of Latvia, here in after referred to as (“Provider”) and a person or entity that orders web services (“Service”) via website and has accepted the terms of this agreement, hereinafter referred to as (“Customer”).

Subject to this agreement, Provider agrees to provide the Service that Customer has ordered electronically via website.

SPEAKING CLUB online classes for adults and young people (further see points 1.1., 1.2., 1.3., 1.4. and 2.1., 2.2., 2.3.);

1. Ordering, delivery, access and payment procedures for The TOOG English Speaking Club online classes

1.1. The customer orders services through this website, indicating the type and quantity of services to be purchased. The Customer has the option to pay for the service using the payment tools embedded in the online store. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature.

1.2. Upon successful payment, the Customer will receive immediate access to their account. Login details will be automatically sent to the email address provided during registration.

1.3. By purchasing the Service (Speaking Club monthly subscription), the Customer receives the opportunity to join the online classes every week for a month provided by the Provider starting from the moment of purchase of the subscription, unless the Customer and the Provider have agreed otherwise.

1.4. By purchasing the Service (Speaking Club yearly subscription), the Customer receives the opportunity to join the online classes every week for a year provided by the Provider starting from the moment of purchase of the subscription, unless the Customer and the Supplier have agreed otherwise.

2. Information about the right of withdrawal

2.1. The Customer has the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. This withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the date the agreement was entered into. The right of withdrawal will be lost if the Customer does not exercise it within this period.

2.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must provide a clear written or electronic notice of their decision to withdraw from the agreement. The notice must include the Customer’s full name, address, phone number, and email address.CANCELLATION_FORM

2.3. As an alternative to submitting a written notice, the Customer may cancel their subscription at any time by logging into their account on the service provider’s website and deactivating or cancelling the subscription directly in the account settings.

Data processing

By submitting the required information and placing an order, the Customer confirms that they are aware of and agree to the use of the provided data for the purpose of processing the order, including acceptance, delivery, or provision of services in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

The Customer also agrees that order-related notifications may be sent to the email address provided during the ordering process.
